Renology Home helps you see a room redesigned, learn what a remodel costs in your city, check contractor quotes, and plan a renovation. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
| Email address | Only if you create an account. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with a password if one was set for you. Used to save your projects and sign you in. |
| Photos and quote files | Room photos you redesign and contractor-quote images or PDFs you check. Processed by Google Gemini to generate the design or read the quote, and stored privately so you can return to them. They are visible only to you, through links that expire after an hour. |

| Device identifier | A random per-install ID for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. Our servers store only a one-way hash of it, never the raw value. |

| How you use the app | Which steps you reach, so we can see where the app fails people. Each record is an event name such as design generated or quote completed, the room, style or city slug it applied to, and how long it took. Tied to your account if you have one, otherwise to the hashed install ID above. Never any free text: no photos, no email, no address, no message to Reno. Ours alone, on our own servers, and never sold or shared. |
If you tap Share on a finished redesign and choose to send the image, we build a before/after card from your photo and publish it to a public link. That is what makes it appear inside Messages or WhatsApp rather than as a bare URL, and it is the only place anything of yours is made public. The link is an unguessable random address, it is never listed or indexed by us, and it is deleted when you delete your account. If you would rather not publish the image, Share also offers a text-only option that sends the cost range with no photo.
We use a small number of service providers strictly to run the app. They act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes:
Signed-in content is kept until you delete it or your account. Anonymous designs are automatically removed after 30 days.
Renology Home is intended for adults planning a home renovation and is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
